ABOUT US

The Catskill Glee Club male chorus was founded in 1927. The club is represented by men of all ages from the Hudson Valley and Capital District of New York. We sing a variety of musical styles – from Renaissance to Rock ’n Roll – including folk and pop songs, spirituals, classical, sacred music and Broadway show tunes. The Club performs two main concerts each season: a winter (holiday) concert in December, and a spring concert in May, with occasional road concerts throughout the year.

The Catskill Glee Club is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization registered in the State of New York.

Love to Sing? Join Us!

We rehearse on Monday evenings, from 7p to 9:15p, at the Community Life Church in Catskill. Ability to read music is helpful but not required. The Club is in recess during the summer. Rehearsals commence after Labor Day and New Years Day.

Members enjoy camaraderie at social gatherings including a pre-season mixer in late August and hang-outs following rehearsals. Dues are $30 per year.
