ABOUT US

The Catskill Glee Club male chorus was founded in 1927. During the first concert, on May 1, 1928, a fire broke out in the nearby business district. Two members of the club, who also happened to be firefighters, responded to the fire. The concert went on as scheduled and the club continues to this day to set their audience’s enthusiasm on fire!

Today the club is represented by men of all ages who come from Greene, Columbia and Ulster counties as well as the Capital District of New York.
